Join our Pilates mat classes taught by skilled instructors and qualified physios. Each class host no more than 8 people to ensure techniques are safely practiced, particularly if you have pain or are recovering from injury or surgery.
We also offer reformer classes with a maximum of two people per class, as well as private one-to-one reformers.
We can tailor your sessions to help achieve your own personal goals, whether they are simply to improve your general health and fitness or to improve your sporting performance.

Designed for those who are absolute beginners, just want to consolidate their basics or are perhaps nursing an injury.
Improver Pilates Mat Classes
Designed for those looking for a bit more of a challenge: some tougher exercises; a few more reps; a little more sweat
Antenatal Pilates Mat Classes
Our Antenatal classes run separately to our standard Pilates classes. Unlike our standard Pilates classes, we only have space for a maximum of 6 people per class. During our one hour long session, we incorporate focused exercises and stretches. We also take time to discuss any worries or issues you might regarding pregnancy and exercise such as how to regain your core muscles and flat tummy after pregnancy.
