Join our popular mat classes taught by skilled instructors and qualified physiotherapists.

Each class is limited to no more than 8 people to ensure techniques are safely practiced. This is important if you have pain or if you are recovering from injury or surgery.

For more specialised tuition, we offer reformer classes with a maximum of two people per class. We even offer private one-to-one reformer sessions.

Pilates Classes

Beginners  Pilates Mat Classes 

These classes will help you if you are an absolute beginner. They can help you to consolidate the basics and are really useful if you are nursing an injury

Improver Pilates Mat Classes  

Designed for you if you are looking for a bit more of a challenge. They involve some tougher exercises, a few more reps, and a little more sweat.

Antenatal Pilates Mat Classes

Our Antenatal classes run separately to our standard Pilates classes. Unlike our standard Pilates classes, we only have space for a maximum of 6 people per class. During our one hour long session, we incorporate focused exercises and stretches. We also take time to discuss any worries or issues you might regarding pregnancy and exercise such as how to regain your core muscles and flat tummy after pregnancy.
